The episode begins with Karishma still struggling after her recent misunderstanding. Karan tries to create more trouble for her, plotting behind the scenes. Unaware of the real threats, Karishma is hurt and confused, pushing Samrat away. Meanwhile, villagers spread rumors about the family, causing emotional turmoil.
Samrat enters at the right moment and rescues Karishma from Karan’s conspiracy. He firmly puts Karan in his place and brings Karishma back home. Karishma, not knowing Samrat's true intentions, feels betrayed and punished. But as the truth comes out, Karishma is devastated by guilt and realizes Samrat was only trying to protect her.
At the Karwa Chauth puja, Karishma shocks everyone by throwing aside the puja plate. The family is stunned, and Bawridevi cannot believe Karishma’s behavior. Samrat then reveals the full truth to Karishma, and, as a symbolic gesture, removes the mangalsutra — announcing that from now on, they will only be “roommates”. Their marriage becomes more of a punishment for Karishma and a compulsion for Samrat.
Manveer and Karan spread a video scandal in the village, shaming the family and creating more pain. The relationship between Karishma and Samrat stands at a new crossroads, marked by misunderstandings, heartbreak, and emotional drama.
