To make this high-protein chocolate mousse, you need 80g paneer, 1 tbsp milk, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup/jaggery.

Crush some paneer in a blender jar and add some milk. Blend it to form a smooth mixture.

Add cocoa powder and any sweetener of your choice and blend it again until everything is smooth and creamy.

Transfer it to a bowl. Chill for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
