This overnight oats recipe will be perfect for your busy morning schedule as you will prepare it the night before. Try this dish which has been a hot topic on social media for some time now.

1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup A pinch of salt Your choice of toppings (fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or nut butter)
