‘Staying Positive’ was an exciting and impactful group session led by Ms. Saniya Bedi, a Counseling Psychologist and PhD Scholar based in the national capital Delhi. During the 40-min session, Ms. Saniya gave ample time for each participant to open up and later shared with us tips and self-care practices aimed at enhancing positivity in our day-to-day lives. This, we believe, was a break-through session for one of our participants who had been struggling to open up regarding his mental health for the past few months.
