Toxic Upbringing and Childhood Traumas

Parents plant seeds in their children. Some plant seeds of love, respect and independence while some, of fear, obligation or guilt. Let’s know more about how the upbringing of children can make an impact in their lives. This group session will be led by Shibili Suhanah and her mother Sumayya Thayath.

Sumayya is a Parenting Coach, Master Trainer at IL&FS India. Her qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology, PG Diploma in Counselling, Neurolinguistic Programming, Certificate Course in Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Trainer’s training in Parenting. She is also the Founder of WISH Foundation and has trained more than 15,000 students and 10,000 parents in a period spanning 15 years. She’s also a judge at Hackathon and Golden Mother Award (Calicut University).

Shibili is the co-founder of Stories Revolutionary, Menstrual educator at The Red Cycle, COO of Wish foundation. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She’s also had experience as an intern at Mental Health Action Trust, doing field work in Community Mental Health and conducting campaigns and programs related to mental health.

The session is accessible free of cost and will be held on 25th May at 3 PM(IST).
