2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour 2 Teaspoons baking soda 2 Teaspoons baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon ground ginger 2 Sticks unsalted butter 2 Cups granulated sugar 3 Large eggs, lightly beaten 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 Cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes 1 Cup whole buttermilk
