Gather the ingredients - boneless chicken pieces, spinach, methi, green chillies, ginger, garlic, and spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander.

Blanch the spinach, and methi in boiling water for a few minutes until wilted. Immediately transfer them to an ice bath and then drain.

In a blender, combine the blanched greens, green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Blend until you have a smooth green paste.
