Potatoes, beans, cauliflower, carrots, green peas, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ghee, cashews, almonds, peanuts, curd, some indian spices, and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, onion, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle turmeric, chilli, coriander and cumin powder. Stir for a minute, turn the heat to high and add whisked curd. Add diced tomatoes and salt. Mix water and bring it to a boil.

Make a fine paste of the mixture. Add nuts to it and blend well. In a fresh pan, pour a dash of oil.

Add in the potato, carrots, beans, cauliflower, and salt and toss them together. Cook for 2 minutes and sprinkle turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 10 minutes.

Lower the heat and simmer till all the veggies are almost cooked. At this stage, add the curry to the pan.
